About CTFL

This website was born out of a simple idea:

To create a space where pilots, pilots to-be, aviation enthusiasts, and curious minds connect through the stories, challenges, and everyday nuances of flight.

After years of training, setbacks, and breakthroughs in my own aviation journey, I realized there’s a gap between the technical world of flying and the human experience behind it.

Cleared to Flight Levels is my way of bridging that gap.

I built this site to:

• Demystify aviation — from flight training realities to airline operations
• Inspire aspiring pilots who might feel overwhelmed or discouraged
• Share insights that don’t always make it into the textbooks
• And to build a community that loves aviation for what it truly is: a blend of science, adventure, and discipline
